COMPASS · PRICING
Bring the plans
you already pay for.
Compass never marks up a token. You bring your own LLM — and, unlike
almost every other tool, your own coding-plan
subscriptions: your Claude plan, your ChatGPT or Codex
plan, whatever you have. The models are your cost, at your rate. What you
pay us for is Compass itself.
COMPASS ORBIT · WE RUN IT
Let us run the fleet
Compass Orbit hosts and operates your tree, so you manage the work and not
the infrastructure. Billed per human on the account, with a
3-day free trial. You still bring your own LLM and
subscriptions, at no markup.

SELF-HOST · RUN IT YOURSELF
Or run it on your own hardware
The whole Compass stack is open source under the
AGPL. Run it free at any size. Companies that need single sign-on, private

same code.

THE LICENSING, PLAINLY
Open source, and a business
Is Compass really open source?
Yes. The whole stack is licensed under the
GNU AGPL. You can read it, run it, modify it, and self-host it. The AGPL's
one condition is that if you offer a modified Compass to others over
a network, you share your changes under the same licence.
Can my company avoid the AGPL?
Yes. The AGPL asks you to share modifications you serve to others
over a network. If your company can't take that, buy a commercial
licence for the same code and keep your changes private. Same
Compass, different terms — you self-host either way, at any size.
Do I pay for the models through you?
Never. On every edition you bring your own LLM access (API keys or
coding-plan subscriptions), and your provider bills you directly at
your rate. Compass is the manager layer on top; it does not sit
between you and your tokens.
What counts as a Manager, and why the limit?
A Manager is a standing agent in your tree — the ones you talk to
and delegate to. On Compass Orbit each seat includes a set number of
them (10
on Satellite, 30 on Cluster); past that it is $1
per extra Manager a month. Workers are the ephemeral subagents a
Manager spawns and discards, and they never count. The limit only
keeps a seat's hosted compute tied to real use.
Which edition is right for me?
Let us run it with Compass Orbit: Satellite to get started, Cluster
for an everyday team, or Galaxy for volume and an SLA. Prefer your
own hardware? Self-host Voyager free, step up to Cruiser for SSO and
private modifications, or take self-hosted Enterprise for direct
support. The software is the same across all of them.

Self-host the open-source stack, or let us run it. Either way you bring
your own models, and you stay the one who decides what ships.
